The leader of the water temperature team shared his most practical experience, which is to do more practical things for the team, solve the problems that occur in the team every day, gain the recognition of the team members, and complete the daily work tasks well. This is his direction of work;
When the female team leader on the third floor shared her experience, we learned more about the team's work.
