Haoya Company's Third Reading Sharing Conference

The third reading club of Haoya, titled "How to Do a Good Job in Warehouse Work," will be held around 6pm on Double 11. When I walked early to the book pavilion carrying fruits, I found that two warehouse buddies had already arrived early to read. Suddenly, I was moved by the active participation of the buddies in the early arrival action, which also showed that our book club activities were gradually recognized.

The format of this book club has also been adjusted to a harmonious style of tea talk and discussion according to everyone's preferences. Everyone present is free to express their various problems encountered in their work, and together we discuss better solutions. From their own work to how to connect and cooperate with relevant departments, we can better do our work well.

The tea party continued with a serious conversation and a happy meal. From the conversation, we learned that there were still some problems in the company. Manager Zhang, the chairman of the book club, immediately solved some of the problems on site, and some problems needed to be discussed with other departments before providing solutions.

During the discussion, everyone was amused by the witty words of Xiao Liu, Xiao Li, and others, and was also influenced by the enthusiasm of Ms. Wang, who has always provided tea making services. This atmosphere was not as serious as during working hours, but rather more relaxed and enjoyable conversations. In the symposium, everyone is better able to consider and analyze problems from the other party's position and perspective through communication, and fulfill their responsibilities with more understanding.
Before the end of the meeting, everyone expressed their desire to continue the discussion next time and also wanted to hold a discussion with related departments in this form. This way, they could put the problems that needed to be coordinated and solved face-to-face on the table and work together to create a plan. I really appreciate the thinking of the warehouse personnel.
Happy time always passes so quickly. Due to time constraints, our event ended at 9 pm. We look forward to seeing each other again for different forms of reading, and we also look forward to more and more colleagues actively contacting us to carry out such activities!
