UpgradeHOWYAA Launches Control Plan Special Training

Recently, HOWYAA held a special training on *Control Plan (CP) Formulation & Application* for all workshop supervisors and technical staff.The training used a closed-loop mode of "theory + Q&A + final test" to promote lean quality practices and build a solid quality foundation through standardized process management.

Deepen Quality System, Refine Control

This training focused on Control Plan, the core manufacturing document.It covered three stages: prototype, pilot production and mass production, and explained key modules including special characteristic control, PFMEA risk linkage, error-proofing, sampling plans and response plans.It helped the team build a complete quality flow from risk identification to process control.

Learn via Test, Ensure Implementation

Q&A Solves On-site Problems

The training had a Q&A session. Participants discussed on-site pain points, multi-product control standards and on-site exception handling, linking theory directly to real production scenarios.

Test Consolidates Learning

A test was held after the training to check mastery of key knowledge. It ensures all staff understand standards and master methods, and prevents the training from being a formality.
